The Homebuyer Education/Financial Literacy Program is a program for applicants who seek homeownership. The program consists of a nine step application process. The program is incorporated into the CSP Homebuyer’s Club and is mandatory for lease/purchase applicants. The Lease Purchase Program focuses on four main issues that lenders will consider before evaluating an application. These issues are employment, income, debt, and credit history. Applicants are encouraged to begin the process by enrolling in the Homeowner’s Club.
